Our amazing team is lead by Mrs Kajal Pareek who is not only into philanthropy since last many years but also has hands on experience including degrees in majority of the courses offered by Mamatva institute. Kajal has done her MA in English along with PGD in Human Resource Mgmt., Diploma in Fashion Designing & Textile Designing.

She is ably helped by employees and volunteers among others who are with the institute since its very inception. More people are being added with the commencement of two new courses in January 23.

Our mission is the utmost upliftment of the underprivileged women by skilling them and giving them tools to become self-reliant, For this reason, we have deliberately not kept any age limit for course enrollment. Even older women can join.
This way, it imbibes self confidence in them. We also empower them by making them aware of the import

Mamatva has consistently grown since then, with more than 400+ women undergoing certification courses since 2016. Many have become professional tailors & beauticians and have uplifted their standard of living considerably. Recently, Mamatva has started offering courses in Fashion Designing & Jewellery making as well.
